Speech-Language Pathologist - 26-27 School Year - Up to 400 hours
Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is advertising for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 26-27 school year (up to 400 hours). Responsibilities for this position include providing services primarily to preschool-aged students, completing comprehensive evaluations, developing compliant IEPs, completing third-party billing documentation, and consulting with IEP team members. Preference will be given to individuals who have obtained or are capable of obtaining the CCC certification.
Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is located just outside of Fargo-Moorhead. Its six growing districts will include Barnesville, DGF, Hawley, Lake Park Audubon, Norman County East, and Ulen-Hitterdal. The cooperative provides special education support and services to all six districts from Pre-K through 12th grade. Its staff members include dedicated educators who focus on helping students grow and prosper.

School Social Worker - Norman County East
Lake Agassiz Special Education Cooperative is advertising for a 1.0 FTE School Social Worker position at Norman County East, starting at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities for this position will include: providing direct service to students, assisting with data to measure student progress, supporting the district’s SEL needs, and ensuring students/families have access to appropriate resources.
Lake Agassiz Special Education Cooperative is located approximately 2-30 miles outside of the Fargo-Moorhead area. Its six districts are Barnesville, DGF, Hawley, Lake Park Audubon, and Norman County East. and Ulen-Hitterdal, allowing for a great mix of rural and urban life. The compensation and benefit package will be based on Lake Agassiz’s Guidelines and Conditions of Employment.
