School Social Worker (LICSW) - 2025-2026 School Year
Lake Agassiz Special Education Cooperative is advertising for a 1.0 FTE School Social Worker (LICSW) to start at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities for this position include providing special education instruction to students, assisting staff members with behavioral management, facilitating communication between the school and home settings, and supervising practitioner-delivered services. Compensation will be dependent on experience and based on the Cooperative’s Guidelines and Conditions of Employment.
Lake Agassiz Special Education Cooperative is located just outside of Fargo-Moorhead. It’s six growing districts are Barnesville, DGF, Hawley, Lake Park Audubon, Norman County East, and Ulen-Hitterdal. It provides special education support and services to all six districts Pre-K through 12th grade and operates programs at Lake Agassiz Education Center.
A license as an LICSW is required for this position.

Lake Agassiz Education Center Paraprofessional - Start Date - 25-26 School Year
Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is advertising for a paraprofessional to serve students (7th-12th grade) in its programs at Lake Agassiz Education Center. We are looking for an individual who can work effectively with teams, follow instructions from teachers, and demonstrate patience and flexibility when working with students. This position is responsible for assisting in delivering instruction, motivating students to succeed, supporting student independence, and being part of a team that continually strives to improve student outcomes.
Start Date -25-26 School Year
Location of Work - 616 Reno St. Hawley, MN 56549
Hourly rate of pay - $19.48 to $21.93
